Offers enhanced film flexibility and comfort compared to standard film formers. Designed for extended wear, non-transfer, and water-resistance applications. Particularly useful for liquid lip, lipstick, eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara. Add to the oil phase for all emulsion types. China compliant.
