ROBOND L-320 is a two-component, waterborne adhesive system designed for laminating flexible substrates used in advanced material applications. ROBOND L-320 offers benefits like alcohol-free reduction, high clarity and low foam which are important for advanced material laminations. It provides initial bonds that typically increase over 24 hours and has good tunnel resistance even with relatively low bonds. Laminations can be slit within 5 minutes of using ROBOND L-320. It is suitable for laminating a variety of substrates like treated polyolefins, aluminum foil, nylon and treated polyesters that are used in advanced material product manufacturing. ROBOND L-320 can react with or interact with other components like retained volatiles, slip additives or antiblock agents used in advanced material laminate structures.
