MEMCOR S10N

MEMCOR S10N is a submerged ultrafiltration module designed for general applications, featuring a hollow fiber membrane made of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) with a nominal pore size of 0.04 µm. The module operates with outside-to-inside filtration flow direction and utilizes air scour with liquid backwash for cleaning. It includes a single module pack factory fitted with two top and one bottom EPDM O-rings, along with a 7 g food grade silicone grease sachet. The module has a nominal membrane area of 23.1 m² (249 ft²), an overall length of 1195 mm (47.0 in), an overall diameter of 130 mm (5.1 in), and a top pot diameter of 119 mm (4.7 in). Other wetted components include polyurethane, polyethylene, polyamide, and EPDM. The approximate module mass is 6.8 kg (15 lb). It is certified under NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for drinking water system components – health effects.
