RHEOLUXE 812

RHEOLUXE 812 is a polyurethane based thickener developed to impart rheological control in emulsion systems. It is a highly efficient rheological modifier for use in formulations with difficult to thicken conditions such as extreme pH or high electrolyte concentration. RHEOLUXE 812 provides shear thinning viscosity control without affecting the solids formula aesthetics; allowing light textures to remain light and soft to the touch. Typical addition levels of RHEOLUXE 812 additive by weight of total formulation are 1.0-3.0% for personal care products. RHEOLUXE 812 is compatible with most raw materials used in personal care products. It provides predictable, reproducible and stable viscosity control which helps create products with desirable sensory characteristics.
