CM-GLUCAN H
CM-Glucan H is a modified water-soluble polysaccharide derived from cell walls of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Three out of four glucose-units of the (1-->3)-b-linked polyglucose are carboxymethylated.
