FORMULATORY EXPERTISE
- The formulation is a high-aqueous-phase water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion stabilised by a silicone-based emulsifier, with a silicone elastomer gel to structure the oil phase.
- A combination of film-forming agents, fumed silica, and silicone elastomers enhances long wear, water resistance, and oil control while delivering a silky, non-sticky feel.
KEY INGREDIENTS
BELSIL® WO 5001 – WACKER
A non-ionic emulsifier suitable for water in oil (W/O) and water in silicone (W/Si) formulations. It enables the formulation of high-viscosity creams as well as stable, low-viscosity lotions.
- Improves spreadability and texture, delivering a smooth, lightweight, non-greasy skin feel.
- Effectively disperses pigments and UV filters for foundations, concealers, and high-SPF sun care formulations.

A hydrophilic silicone elastomer gel that enhances formulation viscosity while delivering a smooth, silky, and non-sticky skin feel. Ideal for creating lightweight formulations with a soft-focus finish and a comfortable, non-greasy feel.
