ELASTOSIL LR 3065/50 B

Liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL LR 3065/50 B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times and low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50 - 70 %. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts. This product can be used within a temperature range of - 55 °C to + 210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180 °C is recommended. It has the characteristics of a low coefficient of friction, low compression set without post-cure, and reduced volatile content. Used on battery, connector seals, general automotive parts, molded parts, and molded seals (LSR).
