BUTTER BUDS HIGH CONC. UNCOLORED 38185 is a highly concentrated dairy powder that can be used in food applications. It contains natural butter flavor and is produced by liberating the fatty acids in butterfat, then encapsulating into a water soluble powder by spray drying with maltodextrin. One pound/kilo yields the flavor strength of approximately 80 pounds/kilos of whole butter. It has a twenty four month shelf life when stored properly and does not require refrigeration. BUTTER BUDS HIGH CONC. UNCOLORED 38185 can be used to add fatty richness to dry mixes, ready meals, rolls, cookies, syrups and enhance savory meat seasonings. It can also be used to round out sharp notes in seasonings blends.
