SOYA ISOLATE WDFPRO950E provides strong gel strength through water binding in a ratio of 1:4. It is also an excellent emulsifying agent; it will give you a homogenous heat stable emulsion in a ratio of at least 1:5:5. SOYA ISOLATE WDFPRO950E is coated with lecithin to avoid dust during production and packaging. It is suitable for food applications due to its ability to gel and emulsify without altering the taste or texture of food products.
